Lead CRNA | Flexible Scheduling, $100k sign-on

Lead CRNA – Inpatient Advocate Health | Winston-Salem, NC Advocate Health is seeking a Lead CRNA to support clinical excellence and provide local leadership within our anesthesia team. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, partnering closely with physician and operational leaders to support team performance, engagement, and patient outcomes. SCHEDULE Rotating schedule with flexible shift options: 9-, 11-, or 13-hour shifts (or combination) Dedicated leadership time (~10% of role) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership: Partner with physician and operational leaders to optimize workflows and clinical practice Support recruiting, onboarding, and mentorship of CRNAs and APPs Participate in performance reviews and team development Lead engagement initiatives and promote a positive team culture Serve as a key liaison between frontline clinicians and leadership Clinical: Provide full-scope anesthesia care across a variety of patient populations Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and accurate documentation Support coordinated care and communication across care teams QUALIFICATIONS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), NBCRNA-certified Active RN/APRN licensure (state-specific) DEA registration (prior to hire) Master’s Degree in Nursing Strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and communication skills Why Join Advocate Health?
