HART Hub provides text message notifications to users who have opted in to receive SMS communications. Our SMS program includes:
- Transactional & Account Notifications: Account security alerts, password resets, verification codes, authentication confirmations, and other essential account-related messages
- User-Enabled PRN Shift & Job Alerts: Notifications about available PRN (as-needed) anesthesia shifts, job opportunities, and related staffing updates when you enable these alerts in your account settings
- Service Updates: Important platform updates, application status changes, and time-sensitive communications related to your use of HART Hub
How to Opt In
To receive SMS notifications from HART Hub:
- Create an account on HART Hub or log in to your existing account
- Navigate to your Profile settings
- Provide your mobile phone number
- Complete the SMS verification process to confirm your number
- Enable SMS notifications for the types of alerts you wish to receive
Important: Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of using HART Hub. You can use the platform without enabling SMS notifications.

After you text STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from HART Hub. You can re-enable SMS notifications at any time through your profile settings.

Who Sends Messages
Text messages are sent by HART Anesthesia Solutions (HART Hub) from phone numbers owned or controlled by HART and/or through our authorized messaging service providers (including Twilio). Messages will clearly identify that they are from HART Hub.
